Niger to issue five-year, 35 bln CFA bond

Niger will issue a 35 billion CFA franc ($59.67 million), five-year bond with a 6% coupon from September 15, a statement from the West African regional debt planning agency UMOA-Titres said on Friday.

The bond will be sold in units of 10 000 CFA francs to investors across the eight-nation CFA franc currency zone via an auction organised by the regional bank.($1 = 586.5700 CFA francs)
