ZACCI president Geoffrey Sakulanda says finance minister Alexander Chikwanda holds the key to calming business concerns. Following a consultative mission visit to Zambia last month by an International Monetry Fund delegation, the organisation warned of a continued kwacha depreciation. Delegation leader Tsidi Tsikata stated that Zambia's 2015 national budget was under stress from significant obligations that had emerged in relation to fuel reductions, agriculture subsidies and pensions, among others.
