I was born in rural Mpharane in Matatiele, Eastern Cape.

What’s your favourite day of the week and why?

I can’t pinpoint a specific day because each day has its uniqueness.

Your Favourite weekend hang out?

I enjoy spending time at my house, if not, an occasional visit to the stadium to watch my favourite team, Kaizer Chiefs.

What is your favourite form of relaxing?

Watching soccer with friends over a few cold ones.

What makes you laugh/smile?

I am a fan of comedy, so I guess that’s what draws a lot of laughter from me.

What is your favourite tourism destination?

I don’t enjoy travelling, but I’d say anywhere in South Africa, considering how rich our country is in tourism resources.

What or who inspires you?

I’m inspires by people who continue to do their best despite the odds being heavily stacked against them, my father also inspires me a lot. He has taught us to be honest, because when you tell the truth you don’t have to remember anything next time.

What does it mean to you to be a part of Channel Africa in this era?

Being part of Channel Africa means I’m at the forefront of continuing to change negative perceptions about our continent and to shape the belief that we are capable of matching anyone pound for pound, in any sphere of influence.

How do you describe your on-air personality?

I’m passionate about radio, but I do not have an on-air persona. What you see is what you get.

Your most memorable radio moment?

Every time I switch on a microphone, it is a memorable moment for me, because that single act is changing someone’s life for the better.

Any other passions besides Radio?

I’m passionate about television and soccer (although I’m a lousy player)

Do you have any phobias?

I’m terrified by snakes and all the creepy crawlies.

Cooking, scrapbooking, reading, socializing...

I enjoy cooking, but I hate doing dishes. I don’t read as much as I would have liked. I enjoy socialising.

Message you would like to share with your listeners?

I am going to give them my favourite quote "Our backgrounds and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become" - Unknown
