The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is urging rich nations to renew their support for over a million refugees in Uganda.
Living conditions in some of Uganda´s largest refugee settlements are deteriorating while refugees are taking drastic measures to survive due to a lack of funding.
Adam Bouloukos, Uganda´s Country Director for the NRC, says the country is in some ways, a victim of the international community´s perception that it could cope with the influx of refugees.
