Africa 4 Africa International Women in Leadership Summit (IWIL2017) is meant to be an interactive platform specially designed for experienced women leaders and aspiring “next-generation” leaders who want to advance their career by proactively.
This is the second series of the IWIL summit 2017 under the theme: Unravelling the sustainable development goal No. 5 for tangible benefits for the African women. This Summit will take place on the 23 – 24 November 2017, at Premier Hotel, Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
Pursuing their own professional and personal development, learning from the best in class, Directors, Corporate Executives, Public Service leaders will discuss the sub themes:
- Women entrepreneurs shaping the African continent towards self-sustainability
- Women leading beyond the test of times
This is a powerful networking opportunity for women to reflect, be inspired, empowered and developed. It's a platform for women themselves to drive real change they want to see. The International Women's Day theme for 2017 is asking women to be bold for change. This is a call on the women in particular or to individual leader to help forge a better working world - a more gender inclusive world. Participants include women of other African countries such as Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Ghana and Ethiopia.
Channel Africa will be part of this event through live crossings and content/ material collection on both days, 23 – 24 November 2017.
