World commemorates Aids day
Today, the 1st of December marks World Aids Day.
This day is meant to raise awareness and encourage the fight against the scourge of HIV/Aids in the world. UNAIDS together with the South African Minister of Health Dr. Aaron Motswaledi has launched a report in Cape Town, South Africa, the report looks at the latest estimates of the number of people living with HIV who have access to the life-saving antiretroviral therapy globally as well as in South Africa the country with the largest Aids epidemic in the world.
