Sub-Sahara health research state under sportlight
The state of national health research systems in many sub-Saharan Africa countries will come under the spotlight at a high-level meeting that will take place in Ghana's capital, Accra next week.
The meeting is part of efforts to boost the research capacities of the continent to fight against infectious diseases. It will be hosted by the European Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership, together with the World Health Organisation in Africa, and the Ghanaian Ministry of Health.
