International Relations Minister, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, spoke about some of the trouble hotspots in the region and the continent.
They range from Mozambique to the Democratic Republic of Congo where the November elections are in the balance and there has been a flare up of violence in the country's troubled eastern region.
