He says as this is the first G20 on the African soil and the continent’s priorities must be the focal point in this gathering.

Barth Eide is in SA for the two-day G20 Foreign Affairs Ministers meeting starting today. He says he is optimistic that G20 will be a success,” We fully support priorities of SA and of Africa because this is very much on African G20.

Its South African G20, the African Union is full member for the second year. Norway is far away from Africa but very much aligned with African priorities.

It making sure that Africa can take  a lot of share for manufacturing not only export  raw materials.
