Morocco’s Finance Minister to prioritise health, education in upcoming budget

Alaoui says the youth have expressed their desire for better education and health through these protests. She says the government spends just under 9% of Gross Domestic Product on these two areas and that they will reallocate for quick wins, and reprioritize  projects such as getting local hospitals up and running in this budget.
