Power qualified on a 3-2 goal aggregate having beaten the Ugandans 2-1 last week in Kampala. Power Dynamos becomes the only second Zambian team to qualify to the group stages of the CAF Champions League after Zesco United FC in the 2018-19 season. Power Dynamos coach Osward Mutapa described his team’s qualification to the Group Stage of the Champions League as an Independence gift to Zambia.
