During his testimony, Mathale said people like North West businessperson, Brown Mogotsi, did not represent what the African National Congress (ANC) stood for.
“He is one of those individuals who are part of ANC who do things that are not reflective of what this organisation is about, he can know leaders including the president, not a shred of evidence that he is ANC, he is a member, but that does not make them ANC,” he said.
