The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) has marked the conclusion of its President’s tenure with a legacy conference in Cairo, Egypt, celebrating his leadership and contributions to Africa’s trade and economic growth.

 

Professor Benedict Okey Oramah, who served as Afreximbank’s President and Chairperson of the Board of Directors, was praised for strengthening the bank’s role in supporting trade and driving economic development across the continent.

 

On the sidelines of the conference, Africa’s leading business figure Aliko Dangote highlighted Oramah’s impact, noting the president’s commitment to fostering partnerships that benefit African economies.
