Job Sikhala and his uncle appeared in court on Monday and their case was postponed.
The state wants to verify Sikhala’s immigration status in the country before his case can proceed. The two are facing charges related to the possession of explosives. National Prosecuting Authority Spokesperson, Lumka Mahanjana says the state has a strong case against the accused.
“Bail application couldn’t proceed because the state needed to still do their bail investigations. As to whether the state will oppose or not oppose bail when the bail is brought on November 13,” she said.
