The South African (SA) African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa has urged ANC members to end internal conflicts, warning that factional battles are weakening the party.
He called for a renewed connection with voters, emphasising the importance of grassroots engagement.
Ramaphosa delivered a strong message at the party’s National General Council on Monday.
He criticised the lack of effective door to door campaigns ahead of last year’s elections, saying this failure contributed to poor performance.
He stressed that unity and visibility on the ground will be key to rebuilding trust before the next polls.
