A security guard says they have been instructed by the land owners that the area is private property and therefore the media is prohibited.

Before that order, journalists were already away from the scene by almost five or six hundred metres. Meanwhile, search and rescue operations have resumed as at least three people remain trapped beneath the rubble of the collapsed four-storey structure.

One person was killed and at least eight others were rescued.
