South African (SA) parties across the political spectrum have also sent their Christmas well wishes to all SA citizens.
Politicians in Parliament agree, that during this time, it is important to reflect on SA’s shared humanity.
Members of Parliament have called on citizens to remember those who have less, those facing hunger, displacement as well as hardship.
They have also called on citizens to be diligent on the roads this festive season, to adhere to the rules, and to be responsible.
After a long and hard year in politics and in the national legislature, political party leaders and Chief Whips in Parliament are also taking some time off to rest, and unwind.
