Morocco beat first time qualifiers, Tanzania
Morocco beat first time qualifiers, Tanzania, 1-0 in Rabat, Morocco, on Sunday.
The African Cup of Nations (AFCON) hosts, are through to the quarterfinals.
Real Madrid star winger, Brahim Diaz, scored the only goal of the match.
Morocco progressed as unbeaten winners of Group A, while Tanzania qualified as one of the best third-placed teams.

Tanzania were up against in more ways than one, playing against the home team in a packed Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat was a daunting task.

And Morocco started like a house on fire, finding the back of the net after just 15 minutes.

But the goal was disallowed due to an offside.

The Atlas Lions carried on with that momentum, firing shots at goal, but Tanzania remained calm and disciplined in defence.

Just a few minutes later, Diaz ended the deadlock to put Morocco in the lead and into the quarterfinals.
