A German rescue charity says the boat was crossing from Libya to Italy. The charity says the bodies of the sisters, aged nine, eleven and 17, were found inside the boat, which was dangerously overcrowded. It rescued 65 people including three pregnant women, children, and a seven-month-old baby.
