SA cricket team plays its last Group D match

The South African (SA) cricket team plays its last Group D match of the International Cricket Council ICC Under-19 World Cup in Namibia today.

The Baby Proteas take on the West Indies at the High Performance Oval in Windhoek in what has come down to a do-or-die match both teams.

The winners of today’s match will join Afghanistan in the Super Eight stage of the tournament, while the losers will have to pack their bags.

The Windies won the toss and elected to bat first.
