He was addressing the media on the ongoing public health emergencies on the continent.
Kaseya says flooding means a cholera outbreak.
“We saw is flooding in most of the southern African countries. Flooding means next cholera outbreak. We are ready. From today, we start to activate our emergency operation center and to see how to support our countries.
This is also an opportunity for us to say all actions and decisions we made to control cholera in Africa must be implemented now,” he said.
