As India hosts the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit, several African nations are presenting their homegrown technology solutions on the world stage.

The summit emphasises responsible and inclusive AI adoption, even as data indicates that uptake across much of Africa, Asia, and Latin America remains below 10%.

Experts say the event offers African innovators a platform to attract investment, forge partnerships, and demonstrate locally developed AI tools that address regional challenges in sectors such as agriculture, health, and finance.
