Members of the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) Executive Committee (EXCO) will convene in East Africa ahead of their scheduled meeting on Friday in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The meeting will be chaired by CAF President Dr Patrice Motsepe.
Following the session, a press conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam and streamed live on CAF Television. Media invitations and further details will be shared ahead of the event.
The EXCO will deliberate on a range of matters, marking a key milestone in the countdown to East Africa’s hosting of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2027 across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. The meeting is expected to set the tone for preparations and co-ordination among host nations as they gear up for the continental tournament.
