South Africa’s (SA) Valterra Platinum on Wednesday said its annual profit nearly doubled in 2025.
This is driven by higher platinum prices and operational cost reductions.
Valterra’s headline earnings per share came in at $3.99 in the year ended December 2025.
The earnings for the period were boosted by a 26% increase in prices for the platinum group metals basket.
