The remains of 63 South African (SA) Khoi and San ancestors have arrived in the country’s Northern Cape Province, from a number of museums in Europe
In a statement, the South African government said the group is a fraction of the thousands of illegally removed remains of indigenous people during the late 19th century and early 20th century.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to officiate the official reburial ceremony on Monday at the Kenderle Monument in that province.
