After winning the toss and opting to bat, the Nigerian side posted a formidable 159 for 4 in their 20 overs, with a balanced display of composed and aggressive batting that kept the run rate close to 8 per over.
In reply, Ghana struggled against Nigeria’s disciplined bowling attack and were bowled out for just 23 runs in 10.4 overs, leaving the crowd at the Oval in awe of Nigeria’s dominance.
