The Sudan conflict marks the fourth anniversary on Wednesday.
The war has led to the world’s worst humanitarian crisis, thousands killed and hundreds of thousands displaced.
The International Ministerial Conference on Sudan is scheduled for another meeting in Berlin.
The summit is co-hosted by Germany, the African Union, the European Union, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The conference is aimed at rekindling the push for a transition to civilian rule.
