The Ambassador of the United States (US) to South Africa (SA), Brent Bozell III, has met with former President Thabo Mbeki in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province.
Since his arrival, Bozell has engaged widely with a range of individuals and organisations across the country.
Last week, he formally presented his credentials to SA President Cyril Ramaphosa.
His meeting with Mbeki forms part of these broader outreach efforts, aimed at strengthening ties and fostering dialogue with key SA stakeholders.
Mbeki has previously underscored the importance of constructive engagement SA and the US, advocating for a relationship grounded in mutual respect and co-operation.
