South Africa’s Junior Springboks have won the Southern Hemisphere’s Under-20 Rugby Championship in convincing fashion.
The reigning Under-20 World Champions completed the tournament in Gqeberha unbeaten after a 29-all draw in their final match against New Zealand at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
The Junior Springboks scored their bonus point try early in the second half to secure the title.
The Junior All Blacks who only managed one win, against Australia in the opening match of the tournament, finished second, ahead the Junior Wallabies and Argentina, who also recorded one win each.
