Focus on SA and Kenya relationship
President Cyril Ramaphosa says South Africa’s (SA) relationship with Kenya carries significance, not only to the citizens of the two nations, but for the broader African project of intergration, industrialisation and inclusive growth.

Ramaphosa was briefing members of the media during Kenyan President William Ruto’s State visit at the Union Buildings in Pretoria, Gauteng Province.

Ruto’s three-day visit is his first since taking over as head of State of the East African economic powerhouse in September 2022.

He says his country is ready to participate constructively to further its collective interest with SA.

SA and Kenya have 28 memorandums of agreement in various fields including, agriculture, tourism, transport, trade, education, and defence.
