President of Botswana Duma Boko has arrived in Luanda for a three-day official visit to Angola aimed at strengthening political, diplomatic, and economic relations between the two Southern African nations, according to a report by the Angola Press Agency (ANGOP).

According to the official state news agency release, Boko was received at 4 de Fevereiro International Airport by Angolan Foreign Minister Téte António and senior government officials. Boko will hold talks with Angolan President João Lourenço at the Presidential Palace to review bilateral co-operation and explore new economic opportunities.

The ANGOP dispatch confirmed that the bilateral agenda focuses on key sectors including energy, trade, diamond mining, oil, transport infrastructure, cattle breeding, and water management.
