This follows a massive international crackdown on a multi-million-Dollar online romance scam.
The six are suspected to be members of the notorious Black Axe organised crime network.
They are accused of targeting more than 100 US women, including businesspeople and vulnerable pensioners. The suspects were arrested in SA in 2021, following a major Hawks operation.
