In the main hall of the Grand Egyptian Museum in Egypt’s Giza, stands the colossal statue of ancient Egyptian King Ramses.
It is the second, one of the country’s most iconic monuments .
The statue is welcoming visitors touring the site ahead of the museum’s official opening on November 1, 2025.
