The bail application of a South African (SA) man accused of orchestrating the murder of two men who received money from the Road Accident Fund is expected to resume in the Mhala Magistrate’s Court in Thulamahashe near Bushbuckridge, in the Mpumalanga province.
Sidwell Khosa is facing a schedule six murder case .
When the claims were paid out, Khosa demanded a fee for his alleged service.
The two men are reported to have been abducted and made to transfer their money into Khosa’s bank account before they were killed.
One of the hitmen has since been sentenced to 25 years of imprisonment for the murder of the pair.
