The South African Football Association (SAFA) has confirmed that Bafana Bafana’s final FIFA World Cup 2026 warm-up match will take place this Saturday.

The fixture against Jamaica will take place behind closed doors at the Hidalgo Stadium in Pachuca where  Bafana Bafana are based.

The area is 90 kilometers northeast of Mexico City.

Kickoff is at 11 o’clock in the evening SA time.

Jamaica  are ranked 71st in the world -considerably higher than last week’s opponents, Nicaragua, who are 131st.

Bafana Bafana are 60th in the world.

SA will open their World Cup Group A campaign against the co-hosts in Mexico on Thursday next week.
