Thinasonke Mbuli, the assistant coach of South Africa’s (SA) women’s national football team, Banyana Banyana says she is glad that the team managed to score an away goal in their WAFCON qualifier against the Democratic Republic of Congo
The two nations played out to a 1-all draw in Kinshasa on Wednesday. A will host the return leg at the FNB Stadium in SA’s  Johannesburg next week Tuesday. Mbuli says she is pleased with the tam’s performance.
“I think we had two goals coming here, that was to get a result and make sure we don’t lose the game. The aim was to get the away goal, if possible two and I think we  tried first half,” Mbuli said.
