There are growing calls urging Malawian President Arthur Peter Mutharika, to give Vice President (VP) Dr. Jane Ansah, substantive responsibilities and greater involvement in government business.
The latest calls, come amidst concerns overher role in the administration.
In a statement, the Public Affairs Committee, has called for greater transparency regarding the President’s prolonged private visit to South Africa, saying his absence and limited public communication, are fuelling questions about the country’s leadership.
