The victims were shot at a dumping site in a farm outside the city of Polokwane last August. Judge Jane Ngobeni has remanded the accused in custody

“Can we just rise Mr Olivier and Mr Musora? The case against both of you is postponed to January 26, 2026, we have booked until January 28 for hearing. You are both still remanded in custody. Mr de Wet, you must be back on January 26, 2026. We’ll start at 10 o’clock, but around 09h30 CAT, just make sure you are around,” she said.
