The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has filed a case against Rwanda at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), on the long-running conflict in the eastern DRC.
Kinshasa accuses Kigali of backing the M23 rebel movement operating in the large parts of the eastern DRC region.
The DRC is calling on the United Nations court to order Rwanda to cease the alleged violations.
However, Rwanda has denied the allegation.
