The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Friday it approved about $348.5 million in funding for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) after completing reviews of programs under its Extended Credit Facility (ECF) and Resilience and Sustainability Facility (RSF).
The third review of the ECF-supported program unlocks about $258.2 million, while the second review under the RSF allows for a disbursement of about $90.3 million, the IMF said.
