An Israeli Military Spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin, said the military is prepared defensively and on alert for surprise scenarios, but reiterated the protests in Iran are an internal matter.
As Trump weighs possible military action against Iran over the killing of protesters, fears are growing in Israel that Iran could make good on its threat to retaliate against Israeli and American targets.
Defrin said on Monday that the country is “prepared defensively” and ready for “surprise scenarios” but reiterated that “the protests in Iran are an internal matter.”
