The Netball Association of Malawi Vice President Tadala Billie has expressed gratitude as the country’s Under-21 national team prepares to make its debut in this year’s Telkom Netball League.

The Malawi Queen Cubs have arrived in Durban, in the Kwa Zulu Natal province, South Africa (SA)  ahead of Power Week 1, which begins on April 24 at the Durban University of Technology.

Speaking to SABC Sport, Billie commended Netball SA for extending invitations to other African teams to participate in the competition. She said such initiatives are vital for the growth and development of netball across the continent.
