Police in Nigeria are investigating the discovery of at least 28 human remains.
The bones were found in a shallow grave in the South-Eastern State of Abia.
Investigators think the remains may belong to victims of kidnapping which has become a key source of income for criminal groups.
Local reports say more than 80 people have been seized in two separate mass kidnappings in the north of the country.
