Rwanda’s Celestin Nsanzuwera has secured his second Sunshine Development Tour East Africa Swing title of the season, winning the Absa Ruiru Invitational tournament at the Ruiru Sports Club.
Nsanzuwera claimed victory after producing a flawless final round of 5-under par 65 to finish with a total of 10-under par 200. The Kigali Golf Resort & Villas resident, who previously won the tour’s opening leg at Thika Sports Club, maintained a composed performance to stay at the top of the leaderboard throughout the event.
Nigeria’s Godwin Okoko secured second place after carding a 5-under par 65 in his final round to finish on 7-under par 203. Kenya’s Mike Kisia recorded his best career finish on the Tour, taking third position after posting a final-round 3-under par 67 to finish on 6-under par 204.
