Haimbe urged countries in the region to prioritise agriculture and industrialisation.
Zambia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Mulambo Haimbe, has welcomed the Southern African Development Community  (SADC) Council of Ministers meeting underway at the Department of International Relations and Co-operation in Pretoria, South Africa (SA).
Speaking to the South African Broadcasting Corporation, Haimbe praised SA’s warm hospitality and called on member states to strengthen regional co-operation.
He also urged countries in the region to prioritise agriculture and industrialisation in order to build greater self-reliance amid global uncertainty.
