He’s the Chief of Staff in the office of Police Minister Senzo Mchunu. The committee was established to look into KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.

Mkhwanazi testified that Nkabinde told him that Mchunu and businessperson, Brown Mogotsi, were very close. Mchunu is on a leave of absence and Mogotsi is accused of meddling in police affairs.
