The multidisciplinary operation led by Crime Intelligence and the Gauteng Organised Crime Unit followed up on information about drugs being stored on the property.

A 56-year-old man, believed to be the owner of the plot, has been arrested and is expected to appear before the Midrand Magistrate’s Court later this week.

Police Spokesperson, Brigadier Athlenda Mathe says the drugs were brought into South Africa from a neighbouring country and were destined for the Western Cape.
