South African (SA) Political Scientist, Professor Kwandile Kondlo, says the dignity of other Africans must be protected by the Africans themselves.

Kondlo was speaking at the Aluta Continua : Samora Machel, Liberarion Movements and the Unfinished Decolonial Project” symposium hosted by the Rhodes University in SA’s Eastern Cape Province.

The meeting comes forty years since the death of the first president of Mozambique and liberation icon, Samora Machel.

This also comes after months of protests by civic movements to force government to take decisive action against undocumented foreign nationals in the country.
