SADC to work together to address migration challenges
South Africa’s (SA) International Relations Minister, Ronald Lamola, has called on member states of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to work together to address migration challenges.
He added that SADC need to strengthen the region’s response to growing geopolitical tensions.
Lamola was speaking at a retreat of SADC Foreign Affairs Ministers in Skukuza, inside SA’s Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga Province.
The meeting, which ended on Sunday, also focused on the impact of the continuing conflict in the Middle East.
