SA, Zimbabwe to sign five new bilateral agreements

This is the fourth Session of the SA–Zimbabwe Bi-National Commission (BNC).

South Africa (SA) and Zimbabwe are to sign five new bilateral agreements when SA President Cyril Ramaphosa meets with his counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa in Pretoria this Friday.

This is the fourth Session of the SA–Zimbabwe Bi-National Commission, or BNC.

To date, more than 33 agreements and memoranda of understanding have been concluded across various areas of co-operation.

International Relations and Cooperation, Minister Ronald Lamola says the agreements will deepen regional value chains in the various sectors of the economy and further strenghthen cooperation in the field of correctional services and mutual legal assistance.
